In early 2025, I began taking on Domo freelance projects to generate supplemental income and explore new opportunities after more than three years as a Business Intelligence Analyst at Blackstone Griddles, Inc. (now Weber Blackstone, Inc.).

During that time, several law firms reached out for help integrating Filevine Periscope with Domo. I initially declined—having no prior experience in the legal industry—but when a third firm contacted me with a similar request, I decided to take it on.

As I worked with these firms, it quickly became clear that the legal industry’s data needs were being significantly underserved by existing solutions. Recognizing this gap, I began tailoring my services specifically for law firms, focusing on high-quality, practical analytics that save thousands of labor hours and enable data-driven decisions worth millions of dollars.

That realization led to the founding of Latham BI.
